Terms of use
By playing Blinchicom: Drift Arena or using blinchi.com, you agree to these terms. They're short, and written to be read.
Who we are
Blinchicom: Drift Arena (“Blinchicom”, “the game”) and blinchi.com are made and run by Dmitry Valeev, an individual developer (LinkedIn). “We” and “us” on this page mean him. Contact: [email protected].
The game
Blinchicom is free to play in your browser. We may change it, take parts of it offline, reset scores or records, or stop running it, at any time and without notice.
Fair play
Don't:
- cheat, or change the game's code or traffic to gain an advantage;
- attack, overload or probe our servers, or try to reach data that isn't yours;
- use the game to harass anyone or to break the law.
We may disconnect or block players who do, without warning.
Player names
Other players see the name you choose. Don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, advertises anything or includes personal information. You're responsible for the name you pick. We may change, hide or block any name.
What's ours
The game's code, design, levels, names and look, and the text and design of this website, belong to Dmitry Valeev. You may play the game, stream it, and share clips and screenshots, including on monetised channels. Please don't copy, resell or re-host the game itself.
Third-party content
The game uses music, sounds, 3D models, fonts and an engine made by other people, under their own licences. They are listed with their authors, sources and licences on the credits page. Their licences apply to those works, not these terms.
Cars and real vehicles
The cars in Blinchicom are game vehicles. Their 3D models are free models by independent artists, published under Creative Commons licences. We picked them because we liked how they look.
- We don't know, and can't speak for, which real vehicle, if any, a model's author based their work on. We use each model as its author published it, under its licence, and rely on that licence and the author's statements.
- Blinchicom is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any car maker. All trademarks, names, logos and designs of vehicles belong to their owners, and we claim no rights in them.
- We remove manufacturer badges, emblems, lettering and number plates from the models, and give cars in the game our own names. A model's original title appears only in its credit line, because its licence asks us to credit it by title.
- If you hold rights in anything you see in the game and object to it, tell us. We'll change or remove it.
Copyright and trademark requests
We respect the rights of creators and brand owners, and we remove content when a rights holder asks. Write to [email protected] with:
- what the content is, and where it appears (a screenshot helps);
- which right you hold, or represent, and in what;
- how to contact you.
We reply within 7 days. When a request is reasonable, we remove or change the content in the next update of the game and this website, and we tell you when it's done.
No warranty and liability
Blinchicom is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be available, free of errors, or work on your device.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or damage from using or not being able to use the game or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
This website links to other websites, such as asset sources and help pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected]. How we handle data is on the privacy page.
